What is Personalized Medicine?
Think of personalized medicine as tailoring a suit. Just as a tailor takes precise measurements to create a suit that fits perfectly, personalized medicine uses detailed information about your health to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
By focusing on the specific needs of each patient, personalized medicine aims to improve health outcomes and enhance the quality of care. This approach ensures the best fit for your health needs, providing comfort and effectiveness that off-the-rack solutions simply cannot match.

FAQs
Why choose direct primary care?
Direct primary care is patient-driven, focused on restoring the patient-physician relationship. That means unlimited visits, direct 24/7 access to the physician, and most importantly, TIME.
Our patient panel is around 600 patients, as opposed to the 2000 – 2500 patient panel in a traditional healthcare system, allowing our physician more quality time to spend with you.
Does Reddy Personalized Medicine accept health insurance?
No, and that’s a good thing. The most critical distinction in our model of care is the focus on a direct, personal relationship between you and your doctor. We believe that insurance companies should not have a say about the quality or cost of your care.
Forgoing insurance payments saves our patients from the arbitrary intrusive decisions that come with third-party payors and allows us to offer wholesale pricing on labs, imaging, and medications.
As a patient of Reddy Personalized Medicine, will I still need health insurance?
Yes, we will recommend our patients have insurance to pay for emergency room and hospital care, surgeries, and other services outside of primary care that are not included in your membership.
Will I benefit from Reddy Personalized Medicine even if I don’t require frequent healthcare?
Yes, we would argue that EVERYONE benefits from services tailored specifically for them. Our practice is devoted to custom healthcare and the maintenance of your good health. We are here for both your reactive and proactive needs.
Over time, we can build a comprehensive and intimate knowledge of your health, an invaluable understanding that is rarely seen in today’s healthcare models.
If I have Medicare, can I still join Reddy Personalized Medicine?
Of course! Medicare requires that you sign a form every 2 years declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will cover any laboratory testing, imaging, or medications prescribed by our office.
What happens if I need to see a specialist or go to the hospital?
By providing excellent care with unprecedented access, we try to prevent or reduce hospitalizations and specialty referrals. In instances where those types of care are required, we will communicate closely with your care team during hospital stays, as well as work closely with any specialists.
In some cases, depending on the level of care and expertise required, we may rely on those specialists to manage your treatment.
Can I contact my doctor after hours?
Absolutely! In keeping with providing custom healthcare, you may call your physician any day, at any hour. We are happy to arrange video visits and even home visits, schedule permitting. We know that illness and injury do not respect office hours, so we try to be available at any time.
